Last time I saw the practice nurse, she recommended walking. I'm glad I don't own scales, so I can't...Hi Lynne! <BR/><BR/>I'm glad I don't own scales, so I can't weigh myself obsessively day after day - which I just KNOW I would if I had some! They do say you should only weigh yourself once a week. Do you do that? <BR/><BR/>I actually eat very little (although probably the wrong things :-( ) but my real problem is lack of exercise! I must try to walk more!
