I am up to twice a day at the moment (guilty confession...) it is an obsession, and probably why I give up after a couple of weeks. <BR/><BR/>I am going to get a new set of scales, and promise myself to cut back dramatically. Weigh every day and you're bound to be disappointed, seeing the weight loss as being too little too slowly.
