Proscuitto and melon, yog and fruit

lunch 2.30
2 poached eggs, 2 slices rye toast, no butter
handful walnuts and for some inexplicable reason a small spoon of honey! (what???)


Out to dinner with the girls at Prezzo

quarter roast chicken, potato gratin, small caesar salad, coffee (4 chocolates with coffee...but no dessert...)

    Youngest son finished his Finals yesterday (just a Vivat next week) so yesterday evening when he got in he made a cake to celebrate.

    3 slices later ......

    Oh, the shame! :-( (hangs head)

  2. Not losing weight though.. AGGGGGGHHHH... I don't think I have lost an ounce this week....

    And no shame! If you want it eat it and enjoy. Don't spoil the memory by feeling bad later... you are obviously not in the mood for cutting back.

    Fortunately, Bob doesn't tend to make lovely cakes, but he does bring back nice things from Sainsbury's cheap shelves sometimes, and I have real problems in resisting these. :(
