Sigh. No change on the scales... but I suppose at least I should be happy that no increase - rice and probably sugar in the Indian on Monday can't have done any good.
Got a couple of new books from the library for more tips so I'll see what I can glean from those..

Hi Lynne!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I don't own scales, so I can't weigh myself obsessively day after day - which I just KNOW I would if I had some! They do say you should only weigh yourself once a week. Do you do that?
I actually eat very little (although probably the wrong things :-( ) but my real problem is lack of exercise! I must try to walk more! I walked to work yesterday - only slowly, but it was the most exercise (apart from vacuuming) I've taken, for far too long!
Leni xx
Hi Leni, I have to hang my head and admit I DO weigh myself every day, although I then forget it unless it showed a nice big drop....
ReplyDeletesigh.
exercise is a tricky word in my vocab. Last time I saw the practice nurse, she recommended walking. I started, just 10 minutes a day, within three days my plantar fasciitis had come back with a vengeance and I have had to rest my feet for the last 4 months or so... still they seem better now, so maybe this summer.
